Private Glen Burke transferred from the 91st. to the 186th. Battalion as Signaller, going to London May 1st. 1916, to take a course in Signalling. He was later transferred to Ottawa to train as a Divisional Signaller from October 3rd, 1916 to April 1917, when he was given last leave, embarking for overseas about May 1st, 1917. he was stationed at Seaford Camp where he worked at Seaford Camp where he worked at Hd grs on Telephone exchange and telegraph till October 1918, when he was sent to an Imperial Camp in Buckinghamshire to work on wire-less where he remained until he sailed for Canada in S.S Olympic on January 10th 1919.
Discharged at London February 7th 1919 due to demobilisation .
