Glenn began service with the Kent Regt., transferred to the Highland Light Infantry. Glenn was predeceased by two brothers Wilbert and Frank. The husband of Mary Lou.
Served in Canada for one and a half years. Went overseas and served in North West Europe, Normandy and France. Enlisted as Private in the 1st Kent Regiment and after transferring to the H.L.I. Rose to the rank of Sergeant, Was awarded four service ribbons.
Glenn served overseas with the H.L.I., enlisting in 1939 with the Kent’s and returning from overseas in 1945.
Discharged February 9th, 1946.
Glenn passed away 25 November, 1987 and is buried in Maple Leaf Cemetery, Chatham, ON.
