Appears on the “Muster Roll” of the 2^nd Bn., Kent Regiment (MG), N.P.A.N. (date unknown). Transferred to the Essex Scottish A22078 on Active Service. Trained at St. Luke’s barracks and Camp Borden. He went overseas in July 1940.
