Private Leo Bourdeau was born in Grande Pointe, Kent, ON on Jan. 9 1924. Leo was the son of Henry & Adeline Bourdeau. During WW2, Leo joined the Essex Scottish Regt. He then transferred to the FSSF [Devil’s Brigade].  He fought up through the Italian Peninsula and into France.  He was KIA [Killed in Action] on August 15, 1944. He was 21 years old and is buried at the Mazargues War Cemetery. LEST WE FORGET.
