Bodkin, William Fred

Son of Claude and Wilsena Bodkin. Husband of Mary Agnes Bodkin (nee Green) of Welland, Ontario, Canada. They were married the 18th of April, 1941. William was reported to be from Chatham, ON. CDN 4/09/41

Bodkin received his wings 28 March, 1941 at Dunnville was reported missing following air operations 28 August 1941. Toronto Star 9 Sept. 1941.    

William was reported MIA the 28th of August.

Date of Death: 28/08/1941. While flying Spitfire # R7255 he failed to return from Ops.
