Born in Medicine Hat AL., living in Wheatley, on the staff of the Royal Bank in Aylmer, ON. Ray reported that he joined the RCAF and expected to be called up soon. It would appear he was not selected.  

Living in Wheatley when he enlisted in the Kent Regt. in Chatham, ON. It was reported that Rea was on leave from Niagara-on-the –Lake in March of 1942. CDN 11/03/42

Living in Wheatley in 1964.

Died 25/07/2010 in Chatham age 84 years
