This Officer entered No. 2 Eastern Gen. Hosp. – Brighton, on 16th October, 1916, with a septic throat. This was found to be ‘Vincent’s Angina. An acute attack of articular Rheumatism involving both hands and Left Ankle – Supervened.

The Board has examined this Officer to-day and find no swelling or soreness of the Joints nor any evidence of cardiac involvement. He has been in Hospital for three months and only discharged a day ago. Address:- C/O – D.A. D. M. S. “Infection and exposure.”  21/05/19 to 23/05/1919 – Gastric.
