He served in the US Forces. Born in Paincourt, Ontario.

Théophile Bélanger was born on the 8th of October, 1874 on a farm near Pain Court, the youngest of 12 children. His parents were Leandre Bélanger and the former Genevieve ( nee Houle) and his siblings were; Delia, Joseph, Marie, Julie, Eli, Felice, Ernestine, Aimee, David, Josephine and Henri.

He married Anna Dunn on the 18th of September, 1899 in River Rouge, Michigan. According to the 1910 census, he lived at 166 Dearborn Ave., in River Rouge with his wife Annie, his 8 year old son Joseph and his 5 year old daughter, Mary. 

He was a pharmacist (his brother Dr. Henri Bélanger was a physician in River Rouge as well).

He enlisted in WWI on the 12th of September, 1918 in Highland Park, Michigan.

At the time he resided at 160 Florence Ave., in Highland Park. He was a pharmacist and his pharmacy was located at 223 Davison Ave., Detroit. His NOK was Anna F. Belanger.

According to the 1930 and the 1940 census’s he and Anna lived at 3553 North Downing Ave., in Glendale, Los Angeles, California.

He died in Los Angeles on the 27th of June, 1942.
