Son of Mr. E. Baker of Ridgetown. Joined the Royal Navy. The patrol boat on which he was serving was wrecked of the coast of Scotland during a severe storm. Morrison and one other officer swam ashore using life preservers, carrying a life-line. They were successful and all hands were taken on shore before the ship sank. Morrision suffered frostbite to his hands.
