Born in Chatham, ON. in 1913, the son of Alfred and Mary (Cutting) Andrews. The brother of George William and Albert Edward. The husband of Henrietta Amanda (nee Cardinal); the father of Gary David, Rick and Mark Edward.

Charles passed away 5 September, 1978, at the age of 65 years, internment at St. Anthony’s Cemetery – Chatham, ON.
