In command of Cadets at School in St. Thomas

Trained in Canada for eleven months. Went overseas in 1940 participated in the Dieppe raid and was reported missing but made his way back to England. He was sent to North Africa. He was also in the invasion of Sicily and Italy. He then saw service in Belgium, Holland, and Germany with the 1st. Canadian Division. He was only slightly wounded from his service.

Date of Discharge was in August 10th, 1945.
