Born in Harwich, Twsp., Kent Co., ON., the son of Albert and Pearl Alexander; brother of Dorthy (Woolrithe), May (Fields), Leonard and Jack.
Albert served in the Canadian Army as a Corporal.
The husband of Margaret (nee Foster), they had seven children; Connie (McIntyre), Barbara Anne, Judy (Shaw), Carol (Sharrow), Ronald, Delbert and Donald.
He was employed as a lift-truck operator at International Harvester in Chatham until he retired. He was a avid fisherman and hunter.
Delbert passed away 14/05/1991 at his home in Chatham, ON. at the age of 74 years; internment at Evergreen Cemetery, Blenheim, ON.
