The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. F. Waterhouse of William St., Chatham, ON.   The sister of Shirley (Furlong).   The wife of Beverly Everitt, Easton. The mother of Victoria (Barlow), Susan (LeFeuvre), Keith (Barlow)  and John Douglas Summers Barlow.

Reported in the CDN 24/12/42 that AW2 June was visiting her parents over Christmas. LAW Waterhouse was home from Newfoundland where she was stationed in 1944 on a twenty-one day leave to visit her parents and sister Shirley. CDN 24/01/44 June was honored at St. Andrew’s United Church by the “Preston Girls Group” as the guest of honour. CDN 2/02/44 June left for Newfoundland to resume her duties. CDN 11/02/44

The CDN 17/08/44 reported that Corporal Waterhouse was arriving from Halifax, NS. to spend her furlough with her parents.

The CDN 5/09/44 reported that Cpl. Waterhouse had spent a couple of weeks of leave at her parents and was returning to Halifax, NS.

Corporal Waterhouse was reported to be arriving on Saturday to spend a Christmas week-end leave with her parents. CDN 19/12/44

History After Enlistment… Served in Newfoundland.

June Elizabeth passed away 1 January, 2017 in Essex, ON. at the age of 94 years old.
