Born in 1921 the son of Harry and May Taylor, of Chatham, Ontario; husband of Beatrice Taylor, of Chatham, father of Geri.

Gerald enlisted in 7/04/1943. He served with the Perth Regt. in Italy and in Holland.

Age: 26, KIA – Date of Death: 28/04/1945, at Defzfel, Holland.

Though his smile is gone forever

And his hand we cannot touch
