Born in McLeod, Alberta, the niece of Mr. and Mrs. W. J. McMillan of 699 Queen Street, Chatham where she resided.

The CDN 22/11/45(P) reported NS. McMillan had returned to Canada aboard the Queen Elizabeth. Lieut. McMillan who had enlisted in 1943  had served in England  and on the Continent until her repatriation.
