The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. D. J. LaPrise of St. Clair St., Chatham, ON.  

Doreen LaPrise trained at Rockcliffe and posted to 1 T.C. Toronto. She was later posted to: 1Y Depot July 1943, Lachine, Que. February 1944.,  #4 R.E.M.E. Brantford August 1945.

The CDN 13/09/44 reported that LAW LaPrise was on a furlough from RCAF-Lachine, PQ. The CDN 1910/44 reported that she was spending a few days with her parents before returning to RCAF-Lachine.

She was promoted to the rank of Corporal and received the C.V.S.M.
