Nursing Sister Annie Huffman  left for overseas December 2nd, 1918, with a draft of the A.M.C. and was stationed at Orpington Hospital, England.

From Certificate of Service:- Canadian Army Medical Corp. 23/07/18. She served in Canada and in England with the CAMC #16 Cdn. General Hospital and M.M. A. T. Eusequibo.

10 Oct. 1918 Influenza –  Soar throat, cough, headache, nausea and vomiting. Began with a cold and headache – pains and vomiting and chills – Recovered.   

Departed Shorncliffe 9/12/18. 1/01/1919 Arrived in Canada attached to 16th CGH. 2/01/19  attached to Orpington. 28/03/19 SOS posting to Essquibo 31/05/19. 9/09/19 Embarkation for Canada. 4/10/19 TOS in Canada. 16/10/19 S.O.S. “ General Demobilization.  

To General Demobilization 28/01/1920.  SOS 4/10/19. Pay $40.00/mth. Arrived from Canada. TOS 4/01/19 

Discharged from London Convalescent Hospital.
