Present Cond.- Dull aching pain starts at ankle of Right leg, and extends up his shin to the groin and hip. It is always present in the damp weather, He can walk 2 miles without distress if he does it  slowly. If he walks fast his right leg cramps. Troubles him, some slight after he is in bed. The leg is stiff when he firsts gets up in mornings, believed him to be true. He kept getting worse. West Gen. Hosp. – Manchester was trans for the Epson and discharged – 24/04/1918. – Category (B11) – Board Agress “Is of very little disability in this case”.
