While at Brockville 12/10/18 – 21/01/18 contracted Influenza for 9 days – Mod. Sever Attack. Man was admitted to hospital complaining of headaches, general pain -sever pain in his stomach and feeling of general soreness. Throughout his body – Harsh cough – Temp: 100 t0 101 – “evidence of bronchitis – Bronchus. After four days a general improvement – Cured. Returned to duty.
