The son of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Finley of Dresden.  The husband of Mona Rosalea Lilian (nee Stevens) of Dresden. CDN 21/09/1950. The father of Judy (Park), Joan (Whitson) and Jim.

Andy was in Windsor at HMCS Hunter were he enlisted in the RCNVR. DT 18/05/44 The DT 15/06/44 reported that Andy was stationed at HMCS Hunter in Windsor when he spent a Sunday at his parents in Dresden. 

Discharged January 11th, 1946.

Andrew passed away in 2001.
