Born in Chatham, ON. [1918-19]. The son of Henry and Clara (Grainger) Erickson, the brother of Annie. Married to first wife, Mabel Lois (nee Powell) and they had five children; Ron, Wayne, Brent, Brian and Jolynne.  His second wife was Mabel Jacklin-Erickson.  

Grainger passed away 26 April, 2016 at the age of 97 years old. Interment at Mayhew – Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Thamesville, ON.
