Born in Blenheim, ON. 3/01/1984, the son of Mrs. Nellie E. Denholme of Blenheim he next of kin as listed on his attestation papers was his brother J. Mercer Denholme, another brother Horace of Blenheim.and a sister Mrs. George O. Robertson (of Wheatley), ON.

Kenneth matriculated at Chatham Collegiate Institute, with honours in math and science. He attended Queen’s where he received his BA. He then began his studies in Medicine graduating at 21 and winning the gold Medal in Surgury. At the time of his enlistment he was attending Queen’s University in Kingston, ON., in June of 1916 Kenneth was a Fellow on the Chemestry staff at Queen’s

Captain Kenneth A. Denholm matriculated from Chatham Collegiate Institute with honors in Mathematics and Science, and received the degree of Bachelor of Arts at Queen’s University, Kingston. At the age of twenty one he graduated in Medicine, securing the gold medal in Surgery. In 1916 he was appointed on the staff at Kinston as Fellow in Chemistry.

Captain Kenneth A. Denholm enlisted with the C.A.M.C. in February 1917, going overseas March 22nd, 1917, and was on the staff of different hospitals in England.

Attestation: 27/02/1917 at Kingston to CAMC. Kenneth went overseas 22/03/17 and remained on the staff of many hospitals in England until the war’s end.
