Frank was born August 8, 1922 to Parents Peter Edward and Joanna De Maeyer, of Chatham Twsp, East of Tupperville.  Frank enlisted at the age of 17 in August 1940.  

Discharged September 1945.  He served in Italy, France, Holland, Belgium and Germany.

Passed away, Whitby, Ontario, 2 Jun 1984.
