From Tilbury, ON., son of John Cowley and Kate (Halliday). Married to Grace Uldene (Gray) on 26/02/42. David was the father of Sara, John and David. 

In July of 1941 he was stationed at RCAF Montreal, PQ. TT 16/07/41.

Married to Grace Uldene (Gray) on CDN 25/02/42 AC1 Cowley was training at RCAF Dartmouth NS. The marriage was conducted at the bride’s family home in Merlin, ON. After the ceremony the couple left on a trip to Toronto and other eastern points.

The CDN 30/10/44 reported that PO. Cowley was then stationed at RCAF Montreal, PQ. when he attended the funeral of FO. John Richardson DOAI.

Died Tuesday 24 August, 2010 in Kingsville, burial at Victoria Cemetery, Merlin, ON.
