Date of origin: – Before enlistment. 2 Before enlistment – A good moderate murmur at apex and apex beat is displaced 2” to left one inch upward. 2. Apparent atrophy of his left testicle. There is a small Varicose Vein on inner aspect of both claves. There is a moderate degree of flatness of his feet, – 1. Permanent. 2. Permanent until successfully operated on.
