From Blenheim, ON. Husband of Betty Anne (nee Gray), father of David, Dr. Jane and Anne.

Jack served in the RCNVR during the war stationed at HMCS Provost.

After the war he owned and operated J. M. Carruthers Ford dealership in Blenheim, ON. for 23 years which fit into his love for old cars and trains. 

Jack passed away 31/10/10 at the age of 86. BNT-Obit. 31/10/11.
