In Service for three years and ten months, thirty two which were spent overseas. His plane was lost, and he was afloat in the North Sea for forty eight hours before being picked up. He was attached to the 432 Squadron and made thirty seven operational flights. Promoted from A.C. to Flying Officer, with awards of five campaign medals.
Discharged September 13th, 1945.
