Son of Bethune D. Binga and brother of L/Cpl. Bethune Binga also serving oversea, of Chatham. Jesse was first reported wounded while serving in Italy, a ‘blast traumatic synovitis of the left knee’, his twin brother was also wounded. (Unidentified news article.) Jesse was reported wound for the second time in the CDN 13/01/45. Reported returned from overseas duty 25 July, 1945. Reported volunteered for the Pacific theatre August, 1945. CDN 14/08/45.
