Apparent Age: 22 yrs. 11 mos. Height: 4’ 11 1/2”, Girth: 33”, Complexion: Fair, Eyes: Blue, Hair: Light Brown. Scar on right thighs, a few small scars on face. Medical “Fit” 7/09/16 at Chatham, ON. To 216th O/C. Batt.

Nominated for embarkation to Canada.
