Born in Harwich Twsp., Kent Co., ON.; the son of Roy and Harriet (nee Mann) Allison; the brother of Don, Reta (Comboye) and Clare.
The husband of Jean (nee McKenzie) 21/11/46. After his service overseas in the RCAF, he and his wife resided at John’s farm at R. R. #3 Blenheim. Later in life, he farmed alongside his brother Donald on the 3rd Concession – Allison Sideroad.
John and Jean had two daughters, Louise (Bittermann) and Maylyn (Leach).
John passed away 30/01/1991 at the Public General Hospital, Chatham in his 71st Year.
